The establishment of Sumukh Agro Industries in 2008 is an attempt to ensure remunerative prices to the spice growers who have enthusiastically taken up the cultivation of exotic spices such as Cumin Seeds, Sesame Seeds, Fennel Seeds, Fenugreek Seeds, Amaranth Seeds, Yellow Mustard Seeds and Water Melon Kernel Seeds and continue to produce for the world other spices, despite adverse conditions.

Today, the company has successfully met its vision and is considered as a leading manufacturer and exporter of Natural Sesame Seeds, Hulled Sesame Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Fennel Seeds, Fenugreek Seeds, Amaranth Seeds, Yellow Mustard Seeds and Water Melon Kernel Seeds.

In order to guarantee this conformity, our quality inspectors analyze spices and spice products in our hi-tech Quality Evaluation Laboratory according to internationally accepted techniques and provide results in time to customers. These analytical tests cover physical, chemical and microbiological parameters, including micro and macro contaminants.

Infrastructure

To provide our consumers with the best quality spices necessitates a sound and efficient infrastructure capable of high end manufacturing, testing and packaging. Our infrastructural facilities consist of high tech manufacturing facilities, an advanced laboratory and efficient packaging unit.

We have a separate warehousing and packaging department to store our products in a safe and secure manner. Since we deal in consumable food items, we maintain appropriate temperatures in order to maintain proper hygiene and sanitation, and so that the wholesome or aromatic value of our spices remains intact. We take special measures to free our warehouse of rodents, termites and other harmful contaminants.

Besides storage, we also pay keen attention to our packaging department. Our products are efficiently packed in air tight packs which are moist free. Besides, we also make use of high quality corrugated boxes, cartons and sheets to guarantee no loss of flavor and avoid contamination and spillage during transit.
